✓ Two nights complimentary accommodation at one of several quality hotels close to our clinic.

1. Make Travel Arangements

Patients are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

Patients booking flights should ensure that the flight arrives at Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Hasson & Wong will make your hotel reservations after your airfare is confirmed.

2. Prepare Travel Documents

We’ll help you select the best options possible.

U.S. travelers currently need a passport to enter into Canada. Document Requirements for U.S. travelers.

International Travelers will need to travel with their passport. We recommend that international patients contact their local travel agent to determine what additional documents, if any, may be required.

All patients will be sent a confirmation letter prior to their procedure date which Canada Customs may request.

3. Apply for eTA Visa to enter Canada

Make sure you’re prepared!

Most patients will need to obtain an eTA Visa to enter Canada.  Everyone entering Canada by air (expect for Canadian and US citizens) will need to apply for the Visa.

4. Is Your Flight Stopping in USA?

You may need an ESTA.

If you are travelling to Hasson & Wong from outside of North America, and your flight is stopping over in the United States before continuing to Canada, you are required by American authorities to first obtain a visa. This requirement is avoided by flying directly to Canada when possible.

U.S. visa requirements may be waived for citizens or nationals of the following countries (who are staying for less than 90 days) by applying for the Visa Waiver Program online at: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov

5. Any Questions?

Time off work.
Most patients take just 5 days to a week off from work. Hair transplant surgery is often completed in one session and extended time off is not necessary for recovery.
