Simple exercises to help increase your chance of success. You can help make your hair transplant experience a success by performing scalp exercises in the weeks or even months prior to surgery. Scalp exercises can increase scalp laxity which may allow more grafts to be harvested in a single session. Even patients with good laxity can benefit from scalp exercises.Perform exercises for at least 30 minutes to start, working up to ideally an hour a day. They can be broken up into 10 – 20 minute sessions 3 to 4 times a day or done all at once. Follow the steps below in the scalp laxity exercise video.
