This patient from Liverpool, UK was approaching his 40th birthday and decided as a birthday present to himself he would give himself a new look for this new decade in his life. After talking to his local barber back home in the UK (who cuts the hair of a previous patient of ours) he decided to contact the clinic. Probably the highest compliment a clinic can receive is a recommendation from a barber 4700 miles away.

He submitted his photos like so many others through our online consultation form looking for hair restoration surgery. In one megasession Dr Hasson was able to transplant 6542 grafts to cover the entire scalp to fulfill (and exceed) his goals. He recently posted:

Dr Hasson dense packed the hairline to provide the patient with an age appropriate, but more youthful, hairline. As you can see from the photos he now has styling options that were just a pipe dream before his surgery. Grafts were placed to a lesser degree throughout the mid scalp and into the crown. The patient had the hair characteristics with above average hair density and laxity and hair texture and Dr Hasson did what he has done so many times before by delivering a fantastic transformation.

The strip length was 38cm which indicated a larger than average size of head, hence the need to use the large number of grafts. The patient started Proscar at the time of surgery.
