900 Grafts FUE

This Vancouver based patient in his early 30’s approached Hasson and Wong looking to improve his hairline and top. He started to lose his hair at 30 and had been trying to help his issue in the past by trying multiple hair growth products like Rogaine with no success. He is a stage 2 on the Norwood scale with no family history to his knowledge of hair loss.

After doing some searching and research online, the patient came across our YouTube channel and watched some of our videos showcasing our results. The patient booked a consultation and met with Dr. Wong to discuss treatment options and review donor hair. The Patients overall hair was nice and thick and his donor area was above average which sealed his approval to have the procedure done.

Treatment Strategy and Implementation

Once the successful meeting took place, Dr. Wong determined that the patient was a good candidate for a 900 graft FUE procedure aimed at reconstructing the hairline and filling in some of the top. The surgery took place over the course of one full day with 204 grafts the first hour, 634 the second hour and 62 grafts on the third hour.

This patient’s surgery was a fairly straight forward procedure with a relatively low graft count. Due to his strong donor hair, Dr. Wong had no challenges fulfilling the request of what the patient was looking for.

Results

This patient’s after images were taken approximately 1 year after the patient’s hair transplant and displays a very nice improvement of the density and thickness of his hairline. He now has a full mature hairline that nicely frames his face and as expected, the patient was happy with the results as well.
