This Seattle hair transplant patient in his mid 20’s approached Hasson & Wong hoping to restore his receding hairline and thinning frontal zone. He started losing his hair at a relatively young age (18-19), most likely due to a genetic proclivity to male pattern hair loss. His hair loss progressed quickly – eventually putting him at a Stage 3 on the Norwood Hair Loss Scale. He had good, dense donor hair with a somewhat coarse texture, and his poor scalp laxity made him a suitable candidate for the FUE extraction technique.
Dr. Hasson and his team successfully harvested 2508 grafts during a single FUE procedure. These grafts were transplanted into the front 1/3 of the patient’s scalp – rebuilding his hairline and frontal zone. 301of these grafts were singles, 1522 were doubles and 685 were 3-4-hair grafts. These photographs were taken approximately 13 months post-op.
